Since 2 January 2020, Veyx-Pharma GmbH has selected a new management.
Dr. med vet. Silke Engl was appointed as management director alongside with the company founder and long-time sole managing director Armin Heß.
Dr. Silke Engl is the daughter of Mr. Armin Heß and has therefore built strong ties to Veyx-Pharma from her early childhood. “I am very proud that, as the next generation, my daughter Silke will lead our family owned business”, her father says.
Since her graduation in veterinary medicine, Dr. Silke Engl has been working in the Scientific Department of Veyx-Pharma. Step by step, her career has led to business succession, from an authorised signatory, Business Development and QPPV to the Head of the Scientific Department and finally to become the new management director at Veyx-Pharma.
As a management director she will continue to work for and be in charge of the Scientific Department. “The field of veterinary work is of great importance to me, for Veyx-Pharma wants to continuously offer solutions for the daily work of veterinarians and for the health and welfare of animals”, Dr. Engl states.
The management board is comprised of the authorised signatories Dr. Stefan Viebahn, Head of Sales & Export, Michael Itzenhäuser, Head of Production, and Oliver Engl, Head of Marketing and Administration. The executive Team has been successful for many years.
Veyx-Pharma is a medium-sized business that was founded in 1984 and has developed into an internationally operating group ever since. Today the company exports products to more than 60 countries. Veyx-Pharma GmbH headquarter is located in Schwarzenborn/Knuell in Hesse, Germany.
